Misti Kahler is a lifelong Northwest Indiana resident with deep roots and a genuine love for the communities she serves. Raised in Highland and a graduate of Highland High School, she built a diverse career centered on helping and connecting with people — first spending 10 years in orthopedics after earning her Associate of Applied Science from Ivy Tech Community College, then growing her own photography business for the past six years.

Always ready for a new challenge, Misti earned her real estate license and joined the Nicole Hanson Group of Advanced Real Estate. Her personal experience buying, selling, relocating, and rebuilding has given her a deep appreciation for how significant a home truly is. After purchasing her first home in Roselawn, relocating to Lafayette, and returning to Northwest Indiana following her husband's passing in 2016, she and her children settled in Lowell, where she continues to put down roots while pursuing a BSN in Nursing at IUN.

Misti understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial and personal decisions a person can make. Her goal is to make the process smooth, straightforward, and informative for first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, and anyone making a move to a new community. When she isn't working with clients, she volunteers with the Humane Society of Hobart, combining her love of animals with her passion for giving back.
